  • Participate in federal, state, and local coalitions, associations and advisory boards, and panels and committees, such as the Medicaid Advisory Board and the New Jersey Medicaid Advocacy Workgroup
  • Host forums on Medicaid/Managed Health Care
  • Distribute policy newsletters
  • Participate in National Advocacy Calls to Action regarding federal initiatives, such as Ryan White funding legislation, the Early Treatment of HIV Act, HOPWA, and the Minority AIDS Initiative
  • Coordinate New Jersey’s “Save ADAP” federal initiative
  • Coordinate New Jersey’s delegation to participate in AIDSWatch by training delegates, writing position papers, and meeting with members of Congress
  • Conduct voter registration
